General Questions
Custom teamwear is made from scratch in your colours and style, with unlimited design options and multiple logos included at no extra cost.
Off-the-shelf kit has limited patterns and colours, with extra charges for each logo, name or number.
We don’t charge additional fees for Kit Designer/existing design set ups although our bespoke kit design service does have an hourly design fee (from £100+VAT).
Ordering & Payment
The minimum initial order for most sublimated teamwear is 15 pieces per design. After that, there’s no minimum for repeat or top-up orders whether through your Club Shop or directly with us. Other products, such as screen-printed finisher T-shirts and event merchandise have different minimums. Please check the appropriate product page or contact us for full details.
You can order by phone or email. If your team has a Club Shop, you can place top-up or repeat orders directly there. If you’ve used our Kit Designer, we’ll confirm your order by email (or by phone if you prefer).
Our order process is simple:
1. Share your design,
2. We will confirm details and send you a quote
3. Once approved and paid, your kit goes into production.

We accept most UK debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club and Discover. You can also pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay. All Club Shop payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Yes. Your design is stored digitally and will never be discontinued, so you can reorder whenever you need. Many teams also use our Club Shop for quick and easy repeat orders.
Personalisation (names/numbers) is included in the price of our custom football jerseys and many football garments. For other products, it’s available on request. Contact us for details.
Delivery & Shipping
We recommend allowing around 6 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. Timings can vary depending on the time of year, but we’ll keep you updated on progress. Learn more on our Order Process page.
Delivery costs depend on your location and order size. Full details, including UK, EU, USA and worldwide orders, can be found on our Delivery & Returns page.
We deliver worldwide, with a few exceptions. At present, we cannot deliver to certain countries in Africa, Asia, Oceania, North America, South America and Europe. For the full up-to-date list, please see our Delivery & Returns page or contact us and we’ll confirm.
If your order seems delayed or is behind the dates we gave you, please contact us and we’ll check the status for you.
Any taxes or import duties outside the UK / EU are collected by your courier when your order arrives. For more information, see our Delivery & Returns page.
Returns & Refund
Design & Customisation
You have two options:
- Use our free online Kit Designer to create your own kit, choosing colours, patterns and logos at your own pace.
- For more support, our design team can create a bespoke design for you. See our Artwork & Design guide for details.
Yes. Our design team can work with you to turn your ideas into a finished kit, whether that’s developing a concept from scratch or refining an existing design. Design work may be chargeable, and costs depend on the level of support required. Full details are explained in our Artwork & Design Guide.
Yes. Logos and sponsors can be added to all custom kit. Names, initials and numbers are included as standard in most of our football range, and can be added to running and other sports kit on request. Please make sure you have permission to use any sponsor logos, and supply high-quality files for the best results. For full logo recommendations, see our Artwork & Design Guide.
You can remove the white background in the Kit Designer. If it doesn’t look right, let us know and we’ll fix it. For full tips on preparing and uploading logos, see our Artwork & Design Guide.
Yes. By default we sublimate badges into the fabric so they’re lightweight, durable and part of the garment itself. We can also offer other badge options, including woven, embroidered, silicone and heat-press styles, if you’d prefer. These alternatives come with an additional cost and a minimum quantity. Contact us for information.
Yes. We use Pantone colour references to match your club colours as closely as possible. If you already know your colour codes, please share them. If not, you can send us a sample swatch and we’ll match it for you. For full details, see our Artwork & Design Guide. Exact matches may vary slightly depending on fabric and print method.
Products & Sizing
We use performance fabrics that are breathable, lightweight and help keep you dry and comfortable. Fabric weights and types vary by product, with full details on each product page.
The fit varies by product. Each product page includes details, and our Size Guide gives extra guidance on measurements and garment fit.
Check our Size Chart before ordering. It shows body measurements (“to fit”) and some garment measurements so you can compare with your own clothing. As each garment is made to order, size exchanges aren’t possible
Appin Club Shop
A Club Shop is your team’s online store where players, members and supporters can order kit directly, without club admins managing every order.
We can open a Club Shop with any team order of custom kit, whether it’s new or existing. Just contact us by phone or email and we’ll set it up for you.
No. There’s no minimum order in Club Shop. You can order as little or as much as you like.
Club Shop items are made to order, not held in stock. Delivery usually takes around 6 weeks from the cut-off date.
Contact us and we’ll check whether your team has requested a Club Shop.
Other Information
No. We can’t copy or recreate replica kits from famous professional clubs or retail sports brands, as these are protected by copyright and trademarks
